Worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had! Please don’t ever go here. Literally got a shellac manicure polish is pretty but all fingers don’t look the same, plus she didn’t even make all my nails even and all the same length. Pedicure was the worst part she said ohhh $30 for a pedicure so I said why not and it was the most horrible pedicure I’ve ever experienced!!!!! Aren’t you supposed to get a massage during a pedicure? Yeah, that didn’t happen. I got slapped on my legs and bottom of my feet and she said “good massage?” I said no and she just laughed and did it a couple times more and then painted my toes HORRIBLY and said “okay all done” I just wanted to get out of there and I had to dry my toes so I was sitting there then the old lady comes up to me and says “YOU NEED BACK MASSAGE” and literally starting HITTING my back and shoulders HARD. It was so weird and uncomfortable I told her to stop and she laughed. The lady at the front the really LOUD one just screamed the whole time and spoke little English and the lady who did my services didn’t speak English at all besides saying beautiful like 100 times. I hated this place and it was just super disappointing. My toes are uneven painted with the glitter being a square on my big toe and my fingers aren’t even all the same way I wanted them to be. UGH.

I've given this place multiple tries and I really want to like them but this week I had the worst pedicure of my life and won't be back. Total rush sloppy job. I'm 9 months pregnant and was really looking forward to some relax time and some fresh paint since I can't even reach my toes. My polish job is chunky and not even covering some nails. The picturws are after i cleaned up a ton of polish on my skin too. When I asked for it to be redone, I was told I could wait again. I asked to come back the next day and was told they are too busy.
Prices are higher here for a basic manicure and I feel as though they will only give good service if you pay for a paraffin or other upgraded pedi or mani. The essential pedicure includes a neck and shoulder massage but on two occasions they've skipped that and disappeared when I was moved to the dryer. I had to find someone to actually take my money!
This was my last chance after i was told last time there was no wait to be left with my feet soaking for 40 minutes and having to leave without my pedicure bc my lunch break was coming to a close.
The owner refuses to do pedicures anymore and will make you wait for her less than good nail tech do them or will trade with her if she's doing nails when you come in. Her kids are also often here listening to loud k pop on their phones. Part of the reason I pick this place is because it's quieter and not as smelly as other salons. Defeats the purpose when I have to listen to loud annoying music the whole time.
Gave one star since they don't do acrylics that I'm aware of so the smell is not as bad.

Took my daughter with me to mom and daughter day date. Ladies were so nice and gentle with my Daugher. Even taught her how to keep her nails on longer. For me the pedicure is so relaxing after a long week.

Absolutely the worst pedicure I've ever had. I went to get a pedi before my wedding and now have to buy new shoes because my feet look horrible. My nails were filed down to the skin almost. It was extremely painful. She left alot of old gel on random parts of my nails so they are extremely bumpy. I have dead skin all around my nail and she did zero cuticle care. I've never seen my feet look this bad. Also not clean. I gave it a chance because of class pass. But trust me don't.

They were amazing. I am definitely going back to UR Nail SPA. My gel manicure is still flawless over 2 and a half weeks later.

This place should be shut down. It was filthy and I broke out in hives after my manicure from whatever they put on my arms.

Love this nail salon! Expert nail techs (shout-out to Judy) who are friendly and professional. She was quick and detailed and did an amazing job on my Gel X extensions.

Nice ladies but OVER priced for the job they do. Pedicure was a joke! They do not clean the cuticles or dead skin. They literally soak your feet wash them with soap and file you nails. Never had a manicure where they do not use water. My cuticles burn when I wash my hands from being cut up. Complete waste of money. If you expect to get an actual manicure and pedicure do not go there. Unsatisfied customer!
