When we originally moved into the home in Lake Nona we were never given a proper walk-through so any damage that was done before our home we had no clue up until after the fact for example the microwave handle was glued on the ice machine was broken there was so much I stopped into the machine and never use that me and my husband didn’t even feel comfortable using it because he just didn’t feel sanitary.

Adriana Grezda has been avoiding your calls will not give us our deposit charging us $500 for a broken ice machine that was broken prior and they added it to the walk through after my husband signed it I highly suggest avoiding this company as much as possible they are scammers!

We paid 2200 a month in rent and spent a week with no AC in a home with 2 dogs and 2 babies!
It was so hot our kids had to run around naked most of the time just because of the temperature of the hall or huskies had to be placed outside in warmer weather because it was warmer inside the house then it was outside.

Even then having two children that are babies hot in the house paying 2200 Adriana Grezda still ignored our calls!

Now they’re trying to charge us 500 and they’re not responding to any of our emails any of our calls any of our text.

Please avoid this company as much as possible terrible company and now we have to take it to court.

No one had in this company had sympathy when we weren’t having our needs met.

I’m so disgusted with this company! I’m disgusted with Adriana Grezda, I’m so disgusted with this company!
