This place is dirty, the Dr. makes you feel uncomfortable and speaks to you with his eyes closed. And the worst part is my mother almost died after the procedure he did on her and her and her left and didn’t stay to make sure she was ok. She was then transferred to the ER and again the Dr. didn’t even call or showed up to check on her. And when the gauzes were supposed to be taken out he said they were all out and a few days later she almost went septic because he left a few gauzes in. This Dr. should have his license suspended and practice closed!!

The Dr is very professional and caring. Explained tests in order to see if I need biopsy. I needed one and his nurse assistant was so kind and yes I did have a wait time but this Dr is trying to give the best care to all patients. I love his nurses and office staff very sweet and also will explain everything to you. I recommend

I had a great experience with Dr. Rehman. He is very professional and the office staff are very friendly. He ran many medical tests in the office and gave me the best course of action to resolve my bladder problem. I’m very happy with the outcome!

I paid my copays while I was at the office. I was billed months later to pay. I called to resolve but they always have the phones turned off. When I finally got through I thought it was resolved. But then months later got billed again. Also waiting months for lab results isn't the best way to treat patients. The staff openly argued with each in front of patients. They are nice to patients and courteous and appointments are easy to get but the overall experience with this facility has me looking for another Urologist.

Dr. Rehman's office is disgusting. I have never been to an office before that is so dirty and room is not properly arranged for patient needs. For my first appointment, the doctor spoke with his eyes closed for most of the time. I then had a follow up appointment at 3 pm to discuss my lab results. I called the day before to ensure all of my results were in and the nurse confirmed everything was in. The next day at my appointment, I waited for an hour in the lobby to see the doctor. I was then called into the examination room where I waited for another 20 minutes but there was no sign of the doctor and there was no other patient in the office besides me. I finally told the receptionist that I was leaving and when I asked the receptionist to give my lab results to me, they refused to give me the lab results and said the doctor had to sign the reports. They then told to come back another day to get the report. When I went to get my results another day, they told me that my blood report had not come in. I would advise people to make an educated decision if they want to visit this office.

I got here at 1:30 and it’s 3:30 and I still haven’t been seen. There are two other people in the waiting room. Yes I had an appointment.
When I tried to call and ask them what to do if I get a UTI (I’ve had 11 in a year) they told me to make an appointment three weeks out and to be seen then. I told them “you want me to go 3 weeks with a bladder infection that could spread to my kidneys?” And the front desk lady said “it shouldn’t spread too fast.” I told her “it’ll hurt!!” And she kept talking over me to get me to schedule an appointment for 3 weeks from now. I’m now at my appointment and they’re calling people back that they’ve already called, they keep walking into the wrong rooms, collecting incorrect information at the front desk, arguing amongst each other, two people have walked out upset since I’ve been in the waiting room.
Over an hour later, the doctor came in, talked over me several times to the point where I’m almost having to yell at him to get him to listen to my symptoms, he disregarded my concerns, did not understand my situation whatsoever and would. Not. Listen.
I told him I have pain with intercourse so he recommended putting a catheter in me. I told him I was unable to do that. He insisted that I do it because of the many benefits it would give to my diagnosis. I understand that- but unless I am put under, you CANNOT get a catheter in there without causing me intolerable pain. Again, he tried selling me on the process anyways. I ended up telling him no and that I had to leave. He insisted that I stay while his nurse get me dressed down for an inspection. I told him no. He told his nurse he needed her to hurry because I was in a hurry to leave. His nurse back talked him telling him “well too bad!” And I ended up walking past him with my husband and leaving there.
What a massive waste of my day. Will definitely never be going back, wow

Great doctor and wonderful human being. He is always ready to help out of the way. He is master in his field and correctly diagnose the reason of my pain which other doctors were not able to find from last 1 year. He went out of the way to get appointment with other doctors fast. When other doctors were not ready to share my lab result because of their work schedule, Dr Jamil went out of the way and got the result from the lab to quickly discuss next course of action.

Office location is clean and appointment process if smooth. Just give yourself some time with the doctor and believe me you will never regret.
