I honestly will not be able to do justice in my quest to convey to you what a brilliant and talented woman Brenda Blaylock is. Over the years I have hired a handful of designers and have never been completely happy with the outcome, until hiring Brenda. From our very first meeting I knew there was something incredibly amazing about her. Not only is she absolutely stunning herself but greets you with the most fabulous smile and warmth of a friend you didn't realize you were missing. Brenda has phenomenal taste and an eye for design unlike anyone I have ever met. . We have recently moved from a farmhouse type home to the urban feel of downtown Fort Worth. I must say it is completely overwhelming to change your whole outlook on design. I honestly didn't know where to begin to leave all of my shabby chic look (which I loved) behind and take my design to a transitional level. Little did I know I would hire Brenda who not only made the process appear easy but would also listen to my thoughts and concerns. I have hired other designers in the past that would just agree with me to appease , but that's not who I wanted. I wanted and have a dialogue with Brenda where I can speak candidly if something isn't right for our family and at the same time she doesn't have a problem telling me if something I want would not work with the design and why. (Needless to say she has always been right 🙂 I absolutely love my home and each and every time I walk into it I feel as though I am walking into a model home ! She did everything I asked and more and as for my completion date, no time soon !!! I can't wait to see what she has planned for the rest of our home !!
