From the initial consultation to the final walk-through, the whole renovation process of turning our old, 1962 half bathroom into a modern full bathroom was absolutely wonderful. They took the time to listen to what we were wanting to achieve with the space, then set us up with a designer to develop a plan to make our dream a reality. The care they took in assuring that the rest of our home stayed clean during the renovation process was amazing. Our project manager was on sight every day to assure that all work was properly performed, and to address any issues that arose during demolition and construction. And one of the best things was that we didn't have to be on sight for any of it, as the day's work was uploaded into an app so that at any time, we could see not only what was done, but what was on the schedule for the next day and next week. Our renovation was finished 8 days ahead of schedule, and right on budget. For anyone desiring a renovation project that is done with great communication, high quality work, and a worry-free process where everything is taken care of for you, Bailey's Design+Build is definitely the company to hire!

Bailey Design and Build has been great to work with from the beginning to the end of our project. We wanted to open up our living space and they really listened to our ideas and wants for the space and brought them to life in their design.

Our project was scheduled to take 12 weeks and finished right on time which was very important to us.

Erik our project manager was amazing! He kept us updated daily with the progress being made. As with any house projects there were a few hiccups along the way, but they were easily resolved together.
