Working with Katie was so much fun. She helped make my eclectic taste and collection come together into a wonderful home. She helped me focus and select from a myriad of fabrics, tiles, texture, lighting, cabinets, floors, furniture and workman. We love the result...a comfortable, inviting and charming home.

We hired Atelier/Katie to remodel our already excellent Lodo loft that we've lived in for the past 13 years. We specifically chose Katie because her designs were completely different from anything we would ever normally pick ourselves. It was time for a giant change. We were surprised by just how enjoyable and fun it was working with Katie and her team. They certainly took us out of our comfort zone as we tried to fight her on most of her ideas. We eventually wound up caving in on almost everything because it was clear we were dealing with experts. Yes, it was expensive, but damn did it come out fantastic. I was expecting greatness and Atelier delivered. Katie and her team actually came today to do a photoshoot of the finished remodel so I know they liked the outcome as well.
I give Atelier and my "new" home 5 Stars. It's a WOW!

Color, love it!

We were a little hesitant to take the plunge and work with a designer to help us decorate our new home. But after meeting with Erika at Atelier, we felt like they could help us spend our money and make the biggest impact. We blew our initial budget out of the water (we did so much more than we initially thought we would), but we couldn’t be happier with the way everything has turned out! Erika really pushed us out of our comfort zone and challenged us to think differently, which opened our minds to new design ideas, colors, and textures. Our home is much more contemporary than what we originally had envisioned, but now we crave color and texture more with each room we decorate. One of the best parts of working with a designer, is the access to things that you would not be aware beyond the commercialized stores and brands. Each time someone new comes into our home, they are just blown away at how stunning our home is. It’s always a great reminder that we don’t regret a penny that we have spent! Because of working with Erika, our home is now contemporary, unique, and beyond gorgeous! We would highly recommend working with Erika to help you find the home that really represents your unique style!

It is truly fun to work with Katie Schroder. She has great energy as well as wonderful taste and ideas. She assembled samples of tiles, paints, carpets, papers that reflected my conversations with her and so improved on my basic ideas. And I love the look that she made possible for me. Katie and her staff were very accessible and quick to follow up to emails, phone calls, and such helpful, pleasant people to deal with.

Erika at Atelier has exceeded our expectations on every level- professionalism, budget, quality, etc. Her design skills are off the charts (and, she is fun!). They took our vision and made it a reality. Our home is being transformed into the perfect sanctuary for our family. I interview several other interior design firms and was really happy to choose Erika at Atelier. She worked with us for 9 months through a full gut rehab of our mountain home. She was easy to work with and very accommodating to our needs, saving us a lot of time and headache with her advice and skills.
