Not only was she professional and responsive, but her talents in interior design are unmatched. I own a boutique personal training studio, Charlotte FIT, and I came to Ashley in a desperate time crunch. She managed my project, and completely transformed my gym into a beautiful, functional vibe that anyone can appreciate when they walk into the door. I will sing her praises forevermore. She has a great balance of asserting her design expertise and listening to what you want for your space. She made the design process so easy... will definitely be hiring her for my second location.

Ashley was amazing to work with. She took my vague ideas and created the nail studio of my dreams! She thought through everything and even created spaces for me and my clients to take cool photos! Though it pains me to write this review, I feel compelled to let potential clients know my experience with the redesign of my guest room in my Charlotte home.

Initial (both email and text) communication from Ashley was excellent, exceptional even. I felt like she took her time to understand my project needs and build a true relationship. To her credit, Ashley has an easy going , conversational style of communication and I felt very comfortable committing to cost of the project.

Sadly, as soon as my final payment was sent, I experienced a complete turn of events. Soon thereafter, text, emails and even messages through her scheduling app went ignored. For every one email, I had to send another email asking for an update or response. This lack of timely communication and follow-ups continued throughout the entire length of the project. Hyperlinks were sent and were not clickable. So called shopping lists were sent incomplete.

Still today, more than 7 months after the start of the project , I have yet to receive the much touted formal rendering of the room. I can only assume we are at the conclusion of the project since our last correspondence was July 16th. I sent a follow up on October 3rd and have yet to receive a response.
