Over the past 6 years I have worked with Laura on multiple projects: interior/exterior paint colors, lighting/plumbing fixtures, flooring and a kitchen remodel. I work with Laura because she helps me navigate an overwhelming number of design options. She listens to my goals and my budget and presents me with a manageable number of suggestions. I had Laura came 3 times to my house to help me decorate few of the areas of my house.first time she came and told me she charges 75 dollars per house and I was fine with it. She came and barely stayed not even 10 mins and charged me 75 dollars. Then she started sending me few pics and I had to text her or call her few times to get any response, second time she came brought two small things and I paid for them ofcourse and charged me 75 dollars again and after that she wouldn’t call me back or reply back and I finally sent her text saying can u keep 3 hours just for me and I will pay you, right away she replied back. She set the date and time but keep texting me saying I am running late then she goes let me go to home goods to look for stuff, she took 2 hours and came to my home with one thing saying oh I didn’t find anything and I said ok. We start looking for stuff on my laptop through wayfair and we didn’t find much but she charged me 250 dollars for nothing. After that I would find pics and simply ask her what u think about this and she sent me really nasty and rude message saying I am taking her personal time and not paying her enough and she didn’t wanted to help me after that. She left me hanging so I was upset but I replied back saying thank u. Plz people don’t waste ur time and money on this lady. She is greedy and she will start something but will never finish. I had really bad experience so I would like to inform other people thank you
