I used Lina-Stanley Design for landscape design for my new custom design-build home. We have a very large lot and I had a specific style in mind. Daniel and Rome were referred to me to help design a large backyard project. They were friendly and professional throughout. I already knew what I needed my space to do, they were instrumental in helping formulate a concept of how those goals could be achieved. They walked me through every aspect of putting my design together, helping to balance form, function, cost, and ease of implementation. They took every effort to help me realize both practical and financial limitations to what I was asking, as well as potential avenues I did not think to explore such as novel appliances, functional elements, and materials. I could have put "A" space together, they helped show me what "THE" space should look like. I look forward to working with them again soon.

We used Lima-Stanley to design a couple of different spaces in our new home and we could not be more pleased! The process that Daniel and Rome have put in place to discover and communicate everything we wanted made the whole experience so enjoyable. They asked the right questions and we felt like they new EXACTLY what we wanted from the 2nd meeting on. The level of communication is so professional and so needed. They clearly communicated any delay or wrinkle (nothing that was in their control) and we always felt like we knew what was happening with our project. We HIGHLY recommend using Lima-Stanley. Lima-Stanley did a very extensive renovation of our 2,000 sqft condo. We added a wall to our den to repurpose it as a home office instead of a guest bedroom/den, and completely redecorated the entire space, from ceiling to floor. Lima-Stanley brought in several contractors and helped us choose the right ones for us. We are elated with the results. Trying to do anything like this during a pandemic meant having to pivot quickly when supply-chain delays required rethinking things or finding different sources, and that is a major strength of this design firm. We had supply-chain delays, but we always felt taken care of by Lima-Stanley, and they knew when to move on to something else and when it was best to just hold out for something. They are consummate professionals, and they listened to us carefully then advised us about aspects of the materials or furniture we would never have even thought about. For example, all of their furniture choices were carefully mindful not to block our view or natural light. Their choice of materials always took into account my unique health needs too. Clever color choices make our space feel cohesive throughout yet perfect for each room’s purpose. We love our new space and couldn’t be happier with Lima-Stanley for helping us get there.

Lima-Stanley Design is the best of the best! If you need any design work for your home then call them. They really go out of there way to make your design exactly what you want and dream. What I really like about them is that Rome and Daniel really make you feel like family and not just another client. They treat everyone with respect and professionalism. I highly recommend them.

I had the great pleasure that the nursery project of my baby girl was developed by them. And the best thing was that all the project was made by distance. I live in Brazil and they in the USA and even so they captured exactly what was in our minds and hearts (my husband & mine)! Im sure that Larissa will love her new place, just like mom and dad.
